Hated by his mother, and barely tolerated by the villagers, Nunzio grew up sly, quick and street wise, and at the age of 10, he ran away from home.

Due to his unusual height for a Sicilian, he was able to pass as older than his true age, and shipped out as a crew member with the dread pirate, Morgan of Osprey.  After two years of adventure, Nunzio left the ship in Norway and made his way amongst his fathers people. It was there that he was taken in by the kindly Skald Snorri Sigurdsson and was taught the art of story telling and song, along with the love of good times, good food and drink.

At age 22 he left in order to travel the world learning new songs, new stories and to sample different cuisines and drink.  He is currently to be found feasting and drinking with his old employer, Morgan of Osprey, and in the company of the former merchant, Lady Elfwyn called Valnac. He has been heard to say " The bitch can cook and she knows some interesting things to do in a tent on a rainy day. "
